Does anyone know of a diabetic test meter w/low-cost strips and you can test anywhere on the body?

My mother was recently diagnosed with diabetes, but we do not have much money and we could not have their Medicare Part D Medicare system, I get frustrating and confusing, and I would like to know how a meter and strips with little or receive any money possible before I can get my mom for a good Medicare Part D Medicare Should I parent card to the pharmacy and take it from there? Help! "Low cost" and "test all" are pretty mutually exclusive. In other words, not a low cost meter test anywhere, and test each meter expensive. The secret lies in the test strips. It's just that the strips would allow "test everywhere." And newer technologies are almost always more expensive. But the mother did not have to wait years for technology to come down in price. Then go looking for a cheap meter band is used, and buy the cheapest of the strips. Do not buy the "drum" ir "disk" m - drums and discs are very expensive!. If you do the test from your fingertip, as described, does not hurt! Not supposed to put the tip of the fingers (where all the nerve endings), but you stick your finger tip (in the nerve ending is not as abundant), also maintain Lancet (finger-label-thingy) severe change frequency (sharp lancet is less painful) - using a lancet to no more than two days. Lancets is pious - as $ 10 per cent if the shop at Sam's Club and Costco. And buy a lancet that is adjustable. I use a brand of trust "At Sam's Club. Then adjust the unit for at least stick blood. And finally, the single mother to grow. This is something that should be done. Live with it! a little pain is much less than a lot of pain caused by uncontrolled diabetes - blindness, neuropathy, amputation, kidney failure and dialysis. A finger prick can only help you avoid all this. I Wall Mart own expense meters and test strips have heard, I saw an ad on TV yesterday, usually cheap to meter fingertips and sometimes the forearm, my fingers because it easily, I rarely feel that now is my first and last time was with my forearm because it is harder to break and blood, it is not true and that the fingertip, and I think that when I change Lancet hurts, the more I change every month and I feel no luck and I hope they at Walmart Medicare Part D Reliever about brand of drive and test strips that are the cheapest.
